Volkswagen Unveils the All-New ID.Polo: The Electric Successor with 454km Range

The legendary Polo is entering a new era. On April 29, 2026, Volkswagen officially released the first global images and specifications of the ID.Polo. This all-electric compact car promises to combine the brand’s heritage with future-proof technology, starting at an accessible price of €24,995 (approx. $26,800).

A “Pure Positive” Design Philosophy

The ID.Polo is the first production model to adopt the new “Pure Positive” design language under Chief Designer Andreas Mindt.

Timeless Aesthetics: The vehicle maintains classic Volkswagen proportions, featuring a C-pillar design inspired by the first-generation Golf.
