About iEVChina
iEVChina is an independent English-language news and analysis platform dedicated to one mission: bringing the world’s largest electric vehicle market to a global audience. From cutting-edge BYD battery technology to the latest Tesla Gigafactory Shanghai production milestones, we translate, contextualize, and explain China’s NEV (New Energy Vehicle) revolution for readers in North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond.
Our Mission
China sold over 13 million NEVs in 2025—more than the rest of the world combined. Yet most international coverage relies on secondhand translation, outdated data, or simplified narratives. iEVChina exists to fix that.
Our editorial team monitors Chinese automotive news sources, government policy announcements, automaker press releases, and industry data in real time—then delivers it to English-speaking audiences with the depth, accuracy, and nuance they deserve. We believe global EV adoption accelerates when information barriers fall.
Editorial Independence
iEVChina operates with complete editorial independence. We do not accept directed sponsorship from automakers under review, and any commercial relationships are disclosed transparently (see our Disclaimer and Editorial Policy). Our coverage decisions are driven solely by newsworthiness, reader interest, and journalistic standards.
